2025年上半年,威胜信息在科技创新领域捷报频传,15项科创成果顺利通过行业科技成果评价。其中,1项达到国际先进水平,10项达到国内领先水平,以硬核实力再次彰显科创板企业的强劲创新基因。
在智能终端领域,4 款产品通过评价。面向海外市场的综合测控终端(RTU)凭借完全自主研发设计,跻身国际先进行列。该终端专为复杂配电网环境定制,严格遵循IEC国际标准,搭载自有专利技术 “基于中断唤醒的低功耗高灵敏度残压故障检测技术”,不仅工作电流可低至20uA,还能精准捕捉最短5ms的残压故障信号,显著提升电网故障选择性保护精度。目前,该产品已成功出口中东国家,让中国电力设备的卓越技术在国际舞台崭露头角。同领域中,3款基于电鸿物联操作系统的智能量测终端达到国内领先水平。它们依托全国产化高性能硬件平台,完成电鸿物联操作系统的开发适配及管理组件应用。更值得关注的是,产品在行业内率先实现智能量测终端拔插式、双卡双网络+双以太网的双4G通信模组开发应用,支持双电主站数据采集,可实现电能表数据高频、全量采集,引领智能量测终端技术升级方向。
通信领域的4款成果同样表现亮眼 —— 基于电鸿物联操作系统的双模通信模块均达到国内领先水平。这些模块以中慧 WTZ31S 双模通信芯片为核心,采用低功耗多时钟门控设计,实现静态功耗低、接收灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强的特性。同时,集成多路数据并发采集与推送技术、精准对时技术及分组断点续传 OTA 升级方法,可实现低压台区全链路实时数据采集上报,将对时精度提升至毫秒级,并支持网络内不同厂家分组升级与文件数据包序号识别自动补包,显著提升现场运维效率与数据传输可靠性。
智能传感领域成果最为丰硕,7项成果通过评价,其中低压导轨式电流模块、微型智能电流传感器模块和电鸿版北斗智能终端(输电线路多物理量集成传感器)3项达到国内领先水平。智能传感器如同配电系统的 “神经末梢”,能精准感知低压配电系统的电气参数与设备状态。以低压导轨式电流模块为例,其研发基于电鸿物联操作系统的产品内核,有效提升设备本质安全水平与运维效率,实现统一管理与交互协作;微型智能电流传感器模块则创新采用多维电场耦合原理和抗角度偏差测量机制,提出新型非接触式电压测量方法,在提高电压测量精度的同时,集成温度、电压、电流等多参数采集与故障录波功能,以小巧体积发挥关键作用,为智能配电网系统稳定运行筑牢根基。

In the First half of 2025, Willfar Information achieved remarkable successes in technological innovation, with 15 of its scientific and technological achievements successfully passing industry evaluations. Among these, one achievement reached internationally advanced levels, while ten attained domestic leading levels, once again demonstrating the robust innovation capabilities inherent in Sci-Tech innovation board (STAR Market) Enterprises through concrete strength.
In the Smart Terminal Field: 4 products passed evaluation. The comprehensive Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) developed for overseas markets, featuring entirely independent R&D and design, has reached internationally advanced levels. Tailored for complex Distribution grid environments and strictly adhering to IEC international standards, this terminal incorporates its patented "Low-Power, High-Sensitivity Residual Voltage Fault Detection Technology Based on Interrupt Wake-up." It achieves an operating current as low as 20uA and can accurately capture residual voltage fault signals lasting just 5ms, significantly enhancing the Precision of selective protection in power grid faults. This product has already been successfully exported to Middle Eastern countries, showcasing China's excellence in power equipment technology on the global stage. Within the same field, 3 smart metering terminals based on the Dianhong IoT OS reached domestic leading levels. Developed on a fully domestic high-performance hardware platform, they completed the adaptation of the Dianhong IoT OS and management component applications. Notably, these products pioneered the industry's first pluggable smart metering terminals featuring dual-card, dual-network + dual-Ethernet dual 4G communication module development and application. Supporting dual power master station data acquisition, they enable high-frequency, full-volume collection of electricity meter data, leading the technological upgrade direction for smart metering terminals.
In the Communication Field: 4 achievements also stood out – dual-mode communication modules based on the Dianhong IoT OS all reached domestic leading levels. Centered on the Zhonghui WTZ31S dual-mode communication chip and employing low-power multi-clock gating design, these modules feature ultra-low static power consumption, high reception sensitivity, and strong anti-interference capabilities. They integrate multi-channel concurrent data collection and push technology, precise time synchronization technology, and a grouped breakpoint resume OTA upgrade method. This enables real-time, full-link data collection and reporting in low-voltage transformer districts, improves time synchronization accuracy to the millisecond level, and supports grouped upgrades for devices from different manufacturers within the network with automatic packet loss recovery via file sequence identification, significantly enhancing field operation and maintenance efficiency as well as data transmission reliability.
In the Smart Sensing Field: Results were the most abundant, with 7 achievements passing evaluation. Among these, the Low-Voltage Rail-Mounted Current Module, Miniature Smart Current Sensor Module, and Dianhong Version Beidou Smart Terminal (Multi-Physical Quantity Integrated Sensor for Transmission Lines) reached domestic leading levels. Smart sensors act like the "nerve endings" of distribution systems, precisely sensing electrical parameters and equipment status in low-voltage distribution networks. For instance, the Low-Voltage Rail-Mounted Current Module, developed with a Dianhong IoT OS core, effectively enhances intrinsic equipment safety and operational efficiency, enabling unified management and collaborative interaction. The Miniature Smart Current Sensor Module innovatively employs multi-dimensional electric field coupling principles and an anti-angular-deviation measurement mechanism, proposing a novel non-contact voltage measurement method. While improving voltage measurement accuracy, it integrates multi-parameter collection (temperature, voltage, current) and fault waveform recording capabilities. Its compact size plays a crucial role in fortifying the stable operation of smart distribution grid systems.
